MacEwan University - Indigegogy Minor

MacEwan Indigenous Minor

MacEwan University’s Indigegogy Minor—the first of its kind in Canada—centres Indigenous knowledge, culture and community. Built with Indigenous scholars and Knowledge Keepers, this program weaves First Nations, Métis and Inuit worldviews into courses on identity, land based learning, governance, treaties, sustainability and Indigenous research.

And now there’s even more reason to apply:
Application fees are waived for Indigenous students until May 15, 2026.
Use code TAWAW26 when you apply.

If you’re passionate about learning in ways that honour Indigenous histories and ways of knowing, this minor adds depth and meaning to your BA or BSc. This minor reflects connection, respect and relationality, this program offers a meaningful way forward.
